The Technology:
Our Nitrogen Generators works on Pressure Saving Adsorption commonly
known as PSA Technology.
The Nitrogen Gas is produced from atmospheric air using Molecular Sieves
separation technique. It uses Carbon Molecular Services which
preferential removes Oxygen from Air.
Our Nitrogen Generator consists of 2-adsorption tower felled with
C.M.S.When clean compressed air is passed through 1st adsorption tower.
The Molecular of Oxygen, moisture and other unwanted gases are adsorbed
on surface of CMS and the balance Nitrogen comes out of adsorption tower
and then collected in a Surge Vessel.
These two adsorption towers are interconnected with Auto Change Over
Valves controlled by PLC. As the saturation of one tower takes place this
process automatically switch to 2nd adsorption tower and this the N2
production remain continuous.Nitrogen Generator Capacity & Purity:
SAM N2 Gen Nitrogen System are tailor made equipment and designed as per
users requirement of purity,economies and space constraints. The
standard size are available of 2,5,7.5,10,25,50,100,200,500 NM3/hr.
Nitrogen purity is available from 98% to 99.9999% (commercial grade)
(ultra pure) as per users requirement and application. The high purity
Nitrogen is produced by adding De-Oxo purification units that reduces
residual Oxygen to the required level.Salient Features:
